As general manager of Jasmin Real Estate and Construction, Hikmet is responsible for the overseeing of all the property sales, especially the Tapu applications and all official paperwork. He is also the chief architect, and involved with the planning and design of new constructions. Originally from Giresun, Hikmet has been in the Alanya area for 20 years.

Looking after the sales side of the business, Craig has a degree in Engineering from London's Imperial College to supplement his sales background. As well as sales, Craig also looks after the IT for Jasmin and maintains the website. Originally from London, he has now been living in Alanya for 2 years.

Age: 53
Kemal heads up the after sales service team, responsible for all refurbishment work. When given the correct instructions, his job is to insure the quality of work is in line with the rest of the high standards set by the Jasmin staff.

Job Title: Office Administrator
Age: 30
Gulay has been working for Jasmin for 7 years now, and is responsible for all the office administration. Her photographic memory is essential for keeping track of the thousands of customer records.

Hasan (Ölü) |

Job Title: Driver
Age: 28
Hasan is known to everyone at Jasmin as Ölü (Turkish for dead-man!). Not the most talkative man in the world, but the most reliable and dependable driver in Turkey. As well as taking on all the companies driving responsibilities, Ölü also looks after the fleet of Jasmin vehicles, ensuring all are not only clean and polished, but regularly serviced and in 1st class condition.

Job Title: Construction Partner
Age: 48
Kalender Bey is one of the most experienced developers on this coast, having made hundreds of villas complexes and thousands of apartments over the past 25 years, as well as building schools and hospitals for the government. He is now working with Jasmin Construction as a partner for our new developments.
